Life is effervescent Consciousness!
Your life changes one thought at a time. And it’s the thought that we are separate from source, from love, that prevents us from being whole.
It is better to die while living, than to live while dying.
Women have always cradled within their bodies secret mysteries of life, death, and rebirth and the healing, grounding, and balancing powers of our Mother in the Earth. We have held these mysteries sacred within us as we would carry babies in our wombs.
Siz bu dünyaya mutlu olmak için geldiniz. Sevmek için, haz almak için, sevginizi paylaşmak için geldiniz. Bunlar sizin yaşam hakkınız. Şu anda yaşıyorsunuz. Bu haklarınızı kullanın ve yaşamdan zevk alın. İçinizden akıp geçen yaşama tepki duymayın. Çünkü içinizden akıp geçen yaşam Tanrıdır. Sizin varlığınız Tanrının varlığının kanıtıdır. Sizin varlığınız yaşamın ve enerjinin kanıtıdır.
The verge between sea and land marked the manifestation of the symbolic transition between the known and the unknown. Between life and death, spirit and mind, between an unlimited host of elements and forces contrary yet locked together. Lives were given to the seas, treasures were flung into their depths. And, upon the waters themselves, ships and their crews were dragged into the deep time and again.
For some people, being a Zen monk is the perfect expression. For others, drinking beer and calling meditation hogwash is the perfect expression. Some teachers will tell you to sweep the floor mindfully, and others will tell you that your mindful sweeping is only a dream. Life is wonderfully playful and diverse.
There is no one-size-fits-all spiritual practice or pointer. One person will gravitate to a highly structured approach, another to an approach that is more open and spontaneous. For some, meditating daily on a schedule or practicing with a group may be essential. For others, these activities just get in the way. What we need in one moment may be different from what we need in another moment. There is no one right way. This universe is magnificently diverse and playful.
Until you stop making it about you, you’ll never understand.
It’s all become so beautifully strange.
The only difference between me and you is that I don’t need money to matter.
The greatest lie ever sold to mankind is that it needs to be better, stronger, faster and more powerful than it already was intended to be when it was created in the beginning.
One is only truly free in the eye of the storm.
If you really observe “suburbia,” it was created from fear or for lack of a better word, the conservative mindset terrified of anything original. Especially terrified of the individual. Thousands of years ago they called it Babylon.
I close my eyes and listen vaguely in a half sleep as he does the things he does before he sleeps each night. Brushing and squirting and splashing. So many things. People and their rituals. They cling to things so hard sometimes.
It's done now, Tony said. We can't change what's already been decided. Can't we? I wondered. Even just a little? Can we not will ourselves to achieve the impossible? Can we not use the power of our life force to change something: one small thing, one insignificant moment, one breathe, one gesture? Is there nothing we can do to change what is around us?
The day you start seeking the truth is the day when your death becomes your friend.
I challenged my fear last night and I can tell you that my fear is really afraid of me now!
One of the strongest motives that lead men to art and science is escape from everyday life with its painful crudity and hopeless dreariness, from the fetters of one's own ever-shifting desires. A finely tempered nature longs to escape from the personal life into the world of objective perception and thought.
