Faith is not a feeling. Faith is willed obedience in action.

Faith allows us to be directed by Christ with the action of Obedience.

Nevertheless, we should take the worries about reducing theology to philosophy seriously. So what we need is a philosophical approach to Divine revelation that steers clear of two oposing forms of reductionism that we have encountered so far: On the one hand, a philosophical rationalism that aims at reducing articles of faith to philosophical principles, on the other hand, a theological fideism that takes itself to be free of the restrictions of rationality and reason, and despises rational analysis in matters of faith.
In order to live a fulfilling life, you must do as much (if not more) for yourself as you do for others. Sometimes we spend so much time caring for the next person we neglect to invest in ourselves. Remind yourself every day: Your needs, your aspirations, your success, and your goals also matter. Itβs ok to be a shoulder, cheerleader, friend and support system; but remember, you deserve as good as you give.
As for me, I will believe in no belief that does not make itself manifest by outward signs. I will think no preaching sincere that is not recommended by the practice of the preacher.
Emotional hurts are like cancers of the soul. If we donβt get them out, they can poison the whole soul and body.
It was many years before I could call myself an activist β someone who resists the wishes of the powerful, someone who stands up on behalf of those who cannot speak: the trees and water and fish and caribou. But now I understand that this struggle is emerging all over the planet. And it is the most important battle we have ever fought.
What is preaching? It is proclamation, not just moralizing. It is Good News, not just good advice; it is gospel, not just law. Supremely, it is about God and what he has done, not just about us and about what we ought to do.

He envied this in them, this ability they had to still be awestruck, the faith they maintained that life, adulthood, would keep presenting them with astonishing experiences, that their marvellous years were not behind them.
We cheated fate like destiny had no say. But here we are again, meeting in the same way.
One day, today's trials will be tomorrow's testimony. Make that story of triumph a remarkable lesson in perseverance and faith.
Fear is the absence of faith, while the presence of faith leaves us with the absence of nothing.
