Catch up with people around you. No matter how addictive social media is. Your on Wi-FI or how many data you have. You should never lose touch with the real world .

It is by nature that human beings can adapt to anything and to any environment. Most of the time we adapt to poverty, pain, ill-discipline, abuse, suffering, depression, failing, racism, being undermined, being hated, being heart broken, being underpaid.
