I'm not a big fan of flying. I definitely try to take the bus whenever I can. I've gotten a little bit better about it, but it was a pretty crippling thing for many years. I feel safer in a private plane.
The best part is seeing my kids grow and become individuals, and the fact that they're happy and well-adjusted.

I do yoga, lunges, crunches, things like that for 40 minutes twice a week. For cardio I usually do the elliptical, treadmill or walking.
