Jodi Lynn Picoult (born May 19, 1966) is an American writer of twenty-four novels, including the #1 New York Times Bestsellers Small Great Things, Leaving Time, The Storyteller, Lone Wolf, Between the Lines, Nineteen Minutes, Change of Heart, Handle with Care, House Rules and My Sister’s Keeper. Approximately 14 million copies of her books are in print worldwide, and she has been translated into 34 languages. Most of her novels incorporate themes of family, love, and relationships. She studied creative writing at Princeton University and has been awarded the New England Bookseller Award for fiction in 2003. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and three children.
