We stand on the edge of an abyss and usually experience confusion and fear. This fine edge between apparent safety and obvious doom is a mental mind game. There is a fine edge between human content and life. However this edge is mind constructed. We spend most of our existence on this edge and fear what is beyond.
How would it be to not do anything in a given moment? Does this sound impossible? This is easier than the mind thinks. It is often about letting go and allowing instead of making something happen. This non-reaction opens the portal to stillness.
I have no time. There may be real truth in this statement. Does time actually exist or is it just a mind-made tool used to establish structures? Furthermore, these compel us to overlook the only state of existence that is real and void of clock time. It is now.
You are so much more than what the mind wants you to think or believe. We can practice going beyond the mind to experience our true potential as a divine being that is becoming conscious of itself.
Oneness is experienced when you are aware of this moment as yourself, then as the other object and then as the one universal self. You may sense that everything within close proximity and beyond becomes a deep conscious; spiritual occurrence.
