Olivia Hawker is a writer with a keen interest in genealogy who likes to explore themes of hope and redemption in her stories. Her first two novels The Ragged Edge of Night (2018) and One for the Blackbird, One for the Crow (2019), are based on true stories found within the author’s family tree. She lives in the San Juan Islands of Washington State with her husband Paul and several naughty cats. She also writes under the pen name Libbie Hawker.
